Remote Knowledge, Inc. (OTC BB: RKNW), a developer of remote communications and telematics solutions, today announced it has joined with Southco Marine, Inc. in a representation agreement for the sale and distribution of the rk3000 Marine Solutions platform to original equipment manufacturers (oeM) and retail sales outlets in the United States. The agreement is primarily focused on the recognized boating markets and manufacturing facilities located on the East Coast of the United States from Florida to New England. Southco Marine will introduce the product line through its dedicated professional sales staff to more than 200 active accounts.

The rk3000 marine telematics solution combines both Sprint cellular and Iridium satellite communications services along with SiRF GPS technology to deliver a seamless global communications platform. The rk3000, while offering continuous monitoring and reporting of vessel activity, also provides location based services such as two-way text messaging and on-water vessel assistance options. The Company's turnkey solution provides access to the vessel systems from anywhere in the world via the Remote Knowledge web portal. Remote Knowledge's advanced call-center (Knowledge Central), and data management services (Knowledge Bank) also provide 24-hour monitoring and control of critical onboard systems, as well as provide for parameter motion alerts, sending messages of help to customer selected contacts in the event of a failure or unauthorized movement while the vessel is unattended in the marina.
